Your refund request must reach us within 30 days after the delivery date. Simply contact us stating your request for a refund. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (your feedback will help us to improve our products and our services) Equipment must be re-packaged in original crate, and in clean and like new condition. Returns are subject to 15% re stocking fee. All duties, brokerage, and shipping costs associated with the original delivery to you, as well as your return to our facility will not be refunded. At TTP Laser We Stand Behind Our Products

Although all our machines are built and inspected with pride under extremely strict guidelines, breakdowns can happen. We stand by our machines with an included 2 year warranty from date of purchse covering normal use of your laser machine (parts only). We will, at our own expense, send replacement parts by ground shipping direct to you. Customer is required to return defective parts, and will be reimbursed a reasonable shipping expense. You may choose to upgrade shipping speeds at your expense. international shipping and any duties/fees are not included.
